To say that St. Petersburg is a feast for the eyes is a bit of an understatement. Correction – a huge understatement! This mighty Russian treasure is packed full of glorious architecture and has one of the most imposing cityscapes on Earth. This St. Petersburg city tour takes you on a journey through all of this and more, from a local perspective.

Start your journey in Palace Square with your guide and expect to visit the following:

Please note: The tour lasts 3 hours, mostly riding on a flat bike road approximately 10 kilometers in length. No special physical preparation is required. We suggest putting on some comfy clothes for cycling and comfy shoes. A bottle of water is a very good idea as well!

Additional Information

Dress standard: We recommend that you wear comfortable sport-like clothes and shoes. In case of cold weather, please bring a windbreaker or raincoat, a jumper is a good idea though evenings are generally warm.

Your trip: For this St Petersburg Adventure, you are in a small group of a maximum of 10 people.

Additional information: This tour route is mainly through pedestrianized zones. Please follow the safety instructions provided by the guide so as not to disturb pedestrians. The pace of the ride is calm with frequent stops on the way to explore the neighborhoods.

Closure of sites: Site closures are extremely rare, but if it occurs, we find a substitute location instead.

Child policy: This is a child-friendly tour. Children between the ages of 6 and 11 inclusively are permitted on this tour only if they can ride a bike confidently. Please select ‘child’ above when booking. Children under the age of 6 are permitted to join this tour free of charge. Please inform us at the time of booking if you’ll be bringing a child under the age of 6 in order to prepare a child-seat.

What is cancellation policy?

Cancellation fees – Cancellation fees may apply to any cancellations by the traveller of a service provided by Get-Locals.com. Unless otherwise specified, the cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations for set tours and made more than 24 hours prior to travel receive a full refund.
Cancellations for set tours made 24 hours or less prior to travel require the traveller to pay for the tour in full, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations for custom itineraries (“Create Your Own”) are as follows:

60+ days to departure – Full refund
59 – 31 days to departure – 50% cancellation fee
30 days and under to departure – 100% cancellation fee

What happens in the event of bad weather?

In the event of bad weather forecast we will contact you the day before and offer you either a refund or an amended tour for the following day.

We always advice to wear suitable clothing for the day of the tour as not every day is guaranteed sunshine.
